At the Health and Wellness Center, your confidentiality is a top priority. The Health and Wellness Center is run by an outside partner, Cerner, to ensure you feel comfortable seeking care. Federal and state law along with company policy ensures your personal health records remain private.

Services at the Health and Wellness Center are provided to employees, spouse/domestic partner, and dependents over the age of 2 at no cost, as long as they are on the Operating Engineers Local 101 insurance plan. If you have additional questions regarding costs of services, please contact your insurance provider.
If you have any feedback we invite you to call Cerner Patient Advocacy Line at 888.533.0943. You can speak directly with a Patient Advocate from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CT Monday through Friday or leave a message after hours to receive a call back within 48 hours. You will be asked to share your name (optional), the date the concern occurred, the name/location of your health center, and the name(s) of any health center associates involved, along with the best contact number to reach you. After speaking with you, the Patient Advocate will let you know planned next steps. As always, your privacy is extremely important and any concerns reported through the advocacy line will be handled confidentially and your information will not be shared with your employer.
