The Union Health and Wellness Center is available to provide convenient, prompt, quality care in a comfortable environment. You, your spouse/domestic partner, and your covered dependents (age 2 and up) will receive quality care from our board-certified providers. The Health and Wellness Center can be your primary care provider and medical home for all of your healthcare needs including managing chronic conditions, treating injuries and helping you recover from common illnesses.

- No-wait model. For patients with an appointment, simply check in and go to a care suite to see a provider minutes after arrival.

- Patient portal. Established patients can access their health information, schedule appointments, receive reminders, and interact with their providers in a secure, online patient portal.
